What we will and won't do

• We publish our prices. $0, $39 and $89 a month, on the pricing page, with no demo call in the way.
• We don't charge per user. Each plan is one flat price for the organization, with every trustee covered up to its included member limit. Extra seats are $5/seat/month if you need them.
• We're not built for corporate boards. If you need SOC 2 attestation, HIPAA BAAs or SSO today, we'll tell you honestly that we're not your tool yet.

How your board's data is handled

Board documents, minutes and 990 files are encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your organization, and never sold or used to train outside models. Roles control who sees financials, evaluations and compliance records. Detail is in the privacy policy.
